Required Documentation
You are required to bring supporting documentation to your onboarding appointment. If you fail to bring the correct documents to your appointment, then the hiring process will be delayed. You will be asked to reschedule and bring the correct documentation.
Please see below for what documentation you will need to bring to your appointment.
For Domestic Students
You are a domestic student if you are a citizen or permanent resident of the United States of America.
REQUIRED ORIGINAL DOCUMENTS

WHAT TO BRING
Employees may present one selection from List A
OR
A combination of one selection from List B and one selection from List C.
For International Students
You are an international student if you not a U.S. citizen or a permanent resident of the United States. International students usually need an F-1 or J-1 visa to study in the United States.

One original document from List A
OR
A combination of one original document from List B and one original document from List C
Glacier Forms
You will receive an email from support@online-tax.net with the subject line Payments from University of Southern California. This email will contain a username and password unique to your record. (NOTE: Glacier “Immigration Status Expiration” and “Estimated Date of Departure” dates must match and must reflect the program end date on you I-20).
